These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to the website digiinfraai.digital (the “Site”) operated by DigiInfra AI Digital (“we,” “us,” or “our”), and the professional audit and advisory engagements described on the Site. By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. Engagement-specific statements of work, NDAs, and data-processing terms take precedence over these website Terms for contracted work.
2. Services described on the Site
The Site describes app analytics and financial audit applications for telecom billing validation, including sample-based audits, rating reconciliations, and interconnect settlement reviews. Descriptions and rates are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties sign a written scope or statement of work.
3. No professional guarantee of outcomes
Audit findings depend on the completeness and accuracy of data you supply. We do not guarantee recovery of specific amounts, regulatory outcomes, or partner concessions.
4. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by DigiInfra AI Digital or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish Site content for commercial use without prior written consent. Deliverables under a paid engagement are licensed as stated in the statement of work.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious content through forms, or use the Site to infringe others’ rights.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from Site use. Our aggregate liability related to Site use is limited to MYR 500. Liability for contracted engagements is governed by the signed statement of work.
7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Penang, Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from Site use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
