DigiInfra AI Digital (“we,” “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through digiinfraai.digital and related inquiry channels.

1. Data we collect

  • Contact details you submit (name, email, optional engagement interest, message content)
  • Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited when analytics cookies are accepted
  • Correspondence you send to hello@digiinfraai.digital or our office phone

We do not ask for passwords, full payment card numbers, or unmasked subscriber identifiers through the public contact form.

2. Purposes

We process personal data to respond to inquiries, prepare engagement estimates, perform contracted audits under separate agreements, improve the Site (when analytics are allowed), and meet legal obligations.

4. Retention

Inquiry form records are kept up to 24 months unless a contract requires longer retention. Analytics data retained by providers follows their stated periods. Contract workpapers follow the retention schedule in the statement of work.

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by Malaysian law or to protect rights and safety.

6. International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Malaysia, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.
