Why we exist
Telecom invoices look tidy until a rating rule, a late partner feed, or a stacked discount quietly changes the total. DigiInfra AI Digital was formed in George Town to give operators and MVNOs an independent pair of eyes on those moments — grounded in call detail records, tariff tables, and settlement schedules rather than abstract “digital transformation” talk.
Origin
Our founders spent years inside revenue assurance and wholesale settlements for Malaysian and regional carriers. Repeated cutovers taught the same lesson: finance needs findings it can defend, and engineering needs evidence tied to specific mediation filters and zone maps. The practice opened on Persiaran Gurney so local teams could meet in person when a data room alone was not enough.
How we work with clients
We treat each engagement as a bounded audit, not an open-ended retainer by default.
